PRICE:
The package cost will include tour related services as indicated in the safari itinerary. All prices are subject to change without prior notice based on suppliers increased of rates and/or fluctuation in foreign currency and oil/gas online prices. Once the tour commences refund shall not be made
PAYMENTS:
A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the safari shall be required at least 30 days before the departure date. All the balance must be fully paid before the commencement of any safari / trip
SAFARI ORIENTATION:
Unless the safari is private, clients will share the facilities with other travelers (as outlined in the safari itinerary). Clients are therefore advised to be good –natured with others. Be prepared to encounter customs and habits of native which may be different from your own and this form part of your adventure/holiday
TRANSPORTATION:
Transfers, excursions and any other tour that are not going inside national parks and game reserves may be done in a saloon cars. Any other tour and safaris going inside national parks and game reserves shall be done in safari vehicles, namely: Toyota Land Cruiser or safari Mini Van, all with pop-up roof for game viewing, driven with an English speaking safari guides. All other language shall be on a special request.
CANCELATION:
In case a booking is cancelled, the following cancelation fee will apply.
1. Any cancelation done between 1-7days, will be charged 75% cancelation fee
2. Any cancelation done between 7-14 days will be charged 50% cancelation fee
3. Any cancelation done between 14-30 days will be charged 25% cancelation fee
4. Any cancelation done 30 days and above will be charged 0% cancelation fee
ALTERATION:
The company reserves the right to alter arrangements of the tour/safari route/cancel operation of a schedule tour should condition necessitate. The company also reserves the right to decline, accept or to retain any person as a member of tour at any time, in which even an equitable amount will be refunded.
LIABILITY:
The company and its agents only act as an agent of the passenger in matter related to tours. The company’s liability to passengers is dictated by the appropriate law of the country in which the tour takes place. However the company accepts no responsibility for any personal illness, injury, delay, loss or damages from any causes whatsoever. Effort will be made to adhere to the itinerary. But no rebate will be considered for that. The Vehicles are all insured for eight passengers, but you’re being advised to have your own insurance cover.
